Spring in Tuscany


While every season in Italy is highly anticipated ... especially from a Chef's perspective ... spring is the season of rebirth. Baby farm animals, flowering trees and garden vegetables all vie for our attention in Tuscany. It's hard not to ignore the first signs in Lucca when the trees on Corso Garibaldi begin to explode with a profusion of blossoms. It means summer can not be far behind.
