We have arrived in San Miguel de Allende in the beautiful high desert region of central Mexico. My home, Casa Estana will be the venue hosting four Tuscan Cooking Classes in the month of November.
Unlike our Lucca home, this grand and elegant space (not to mention the weather) allow us to divide prep time between the cooks kitchen and the roof top kitchen with 360 degree views over San Miguel! We are featuring the same class format:
